Meet Karthi: Karthi drives a Subaru Impreza and first started to visit Peak Auto 7 years ago when he drove a BMW. Karthi works in the Cary area and always brought his vehicle to Peak Auto. When he purchase his Subaru Impreza, Karthi immediately brought it o Peak Auto for service.
Karthi recently brought his Subaru Impreza to Peak Auto for an oil leak issue. Peak Auto’s expert technician immediately identified the oil leak was coming from the vehicles valve cover gasket. At that time Peak Auto mentioned that Karthi’s engine air filter was dirty. Karthi was notified, explained the charges and when the vehicle would be ready to be picked up. Karthi approved the repair and service on his Subaru Impreza.
At completion of the repair of the valve cover gasket and replacement of the engine air filter, the Subaru was washed and cleaned, Karthi was notified and wen Karthi was back from his business trip he retrieved his Impreza.
