Meet Jen: Jen drives a Volvo V70 and lives in Holly Springs NC. Jen was experiencing a terrible vibration when driving and took her Volvo V70 to a tire store where they balanced the tires to try to get the vibration to go away. The axles were special order from Volvo and took some extra time. Jen asked if she could stay in Peak Auto’s loaner vehicle until the part was delivered and installed in her car.
