Meet Valerie: Valerie and her husband just purchased a used BMW 325i convertible for their daughter. The convertible top was not working when the vehicle was purchase. As with most used car purchases, the simplicity of the fix was over exaggerated by the seller. This was Valerie’s first BMW and was excited and nervous at the same time about the repair and future repairs. The Convertible top needed a hydraulic cylinder and a top latch to make it work properly. The rest of the vehicle needed a set a tires, a battery, air mass meter boot, and a cabin air filter. Nothing out of the ordinary for the age and mileage of this BMW 325i. In fact, overall this vehicle was in very good condition.
After notifying Valerie’s husband of the needed repairs and cost, he gave Peak Auto the approval for the top, air mass meter boot and cabin air filter. He had already known about the tires and battery and had those items on order. The approval came, the parts were ordered, the vehicle was fixed, cleaned, and washed, and Valerie was able to “test” drive her daughter’s BMW 325i convertible on a nice warm sunny weekend!
