Meet Alvin: Al drives a Mercedes Benz GL 450 and drove all the way from Belhaven NC to Peak Auto located next to the Cary Auto Mall at 833 US 64 West because he had heard good things about Peak. Al’s Mercedes GL 450 suspension light was on, and after the vehicle sits overnight it was unexpectedly lower. Al first called Peak Auto for a quote on rear air springs but when the vehicle was in the shop, Peak Auto’s highly trained technician diagnosed that the front air suspension was leaking as well.
Since Al lives far away, Peak Auto provided him with a loaner vehicle for the day to drive around Cary at his leisure. During this time, Peak Auto made his vehicle a priority and was able to complete all necessary repair by 2:00 pm so that Al had plenty of time to beat the traffic back to Belhaven.
