I rarely post anything, especially a rating. However, when I have a really positive, much-better-than-expected... customer service experience, I just feel compelled to let everyone know. Daran and his team at Peak Auto are just what you are looking for...good work at a good price and on time. They just replaced the fuel injectors and cleaned the intake valves on my teen's '12 VW Tiguan TSI. Not only was the work done well but the price was well below the dealer. We picked the car up and drove to the beach just hours later. The car performed without issue and the gas mileage improved tremendously! Daran proactively kept me posted throughout the repair process, about 1.5 days, which I REALLY appreciate. I will be going back with my other vehicles in the future.read more

It's always a pleasure working with the people at Peak Auto. They are very knowledgeable, thorough in explaining the... issues and solutions but never pushy about a repair unless if it's absolutely critical. They are more than willing to work with us in terms of cost and if they can help us out by offering discounts. I had been using their services for more than 3 years now and never had an unpleasant moment. The icing on the cake is the option to get a loaner car when your vehicle is in the shop and getting a free car wash with every service. Probably not a big deal but definitely adds to the experience. I recently noticed a grinding noise on one of my vehicles tires when I would turn. I thought I needed new brakes so I... shopped around for pricing. I found that Peak Auto had excellent reviews so I called them. They made me an appointment and gave me an estimate over the phone. When I dropped off my car they had a loan vehicle waiting for me. Once the diagnostic was done I was told that my car didn’t need brakes and that it was a simple $60 fix. I am so thankful to have found an honest shop that takes pride in their work. Being a female it can get worrisome if you are being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicular maintenance. The owner Daran was extremely polite and explained everything in perfect detail to me. I recommend his shop and will use their services in the future!read more

I have never needed to use the waiting room; however, it looks comfortable with plenty of magazines and books. There are snacks and beverages available, too! Pretty new to the area and was looking for a local mechanic for my 2000 BMW. I brought my car as my fan belt broke. ... The did fixed the issue but also provided more diagnostics for other findings. Even though they spoke of the issues there was no pressure to get them fix. The waiting area is clean and provide amenities similar to the large dealerships. Peak Auto also provide loaner vehicles for use if you do not want to sit and wait. Not brand new cars but older BMWs (at least the ones they provided me) that runs and gets me to where I need to be at no charge which is what I cared for the most. Just need to return with gas used. A nice and convenient offering in my opinion. The mechanics here a re very friendly and knowledgeable. They are pretty quick in diagnostics and turning around the service. If you are looking for a no BS quality shop, I would recommend to give them a try.read more

The mechanics here are better than others I’ve had in the past. My husband trusts them with his Porsche and BMW and... asked me to switch mechanics to give them the business. My single concern with this place is how John seems to talk down to me, and when I bring my car in he has always called my husband to authorize repairs. Even today, when I had put my number on the repair envelope and specified to call ME when the repair was complete with the totals....they called my husband. It’s 2020, and I’m certainly the one opening my own hood to see if I can fix an issue before paying for a mechanic. I go to the dealership myself to get parts...not my husband. This place would deserve 5 stars if women were spoken to about their own vehicles and not pandered down to with a call to the husband.read more
